Ms. Noble holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University in Business Administration and Economics. She obtained her law degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City and is licensed to practice law in four states. She holds her CPCU and RPLU designations. She is a licensed insurance producer.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
She is an active member of many organizations, including the American Bar Association, PLUS, the Defense Research Institute, claimsXchange and CLM. Currently, she serves as the program chair for the DRI Professional Liability Committee. She is a frequent speaker and author on malpractice and risk management topics

Kim Noble is the VP in charge of lawyers and accountants liability at Applied Financial lines, a product line she launched in 2022. She has spent her career managing professional liability programs at St. Paul Companies, GE Westport, OneBeacon and Argo. Ms. Noble has over 25 years of professional liability experience as outside counsel, underwriting management and advisory roles, holding management roles focusing on risk management, claims and coverage.
The mission of the Professional Liability Defense Federation is to enhance the stature and effectiveness of professional liability defense professionals through education, training and the exchange of information.
