I joined Overturf McGath and Hull as a Partner in 2020 and focus my practice on complex civil litigation, including the defense of medical, legal, and constructiondesign professionals in malpractice, licensing board, and liability claims. Prior to joining Overturf McGath and Hull, I spent five years as an attorney with a litigation boutique in Denver practicing in the fields of professional liability and medical malpractice. To start my career, I spent three years as an in-house trial attorney for a national insurance company, where I defended hundreds of individual and commercial policy holders in personal injury and contractual disputes.
The mission of the Professional Liability Defense Federation is to enhance the stature and effectiveness of professional liability defense professionals through education, training and the exchange of information.
