From physicians, nurses, physician’s assistants and mental healthcare providers in healthcare to business professionals including attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, securities brokers, architects and engineers, my cases involve numerous and complex issues including claims for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and statutory violations. My years of serving as Managing Partner of RumbergerKirk has been particularly helpful in defending other lawyers and law firms in legal professional liability matters.
The mission of the Professional Liability Defense Federation is to enhance the stature and effectiveness of professional liability defense professionals through education, training and the exchange of information.
