He is AV Preeminent rated by peers and the judiciary at the highest level of professional excellence and ethics. Mr. HagEstad is licensed to practice in Montana and Arizona. He is a Shareholder and a Managing Member of HagEstad Law Group PLLC with offices in Phoenix, AZ and Missoula, MT. His practice focuses on the defense of extra-contractualbad faith liability, professional liability, and complex litigation matters.Mr. HagEstad is a member of the Defense Research Institute DRI committees: insurance law, commercial law, product liability and professional liability, the Professional Liability Defense Federation PLDF, the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association MDTL, the American Bar Association sections: tort, trial and insurance practice, business law, the Western Montana Bar Association, State Bar of Montana and State Bar of Arizona.
