Richard Burton Bush, Esquire, is the senior partner of Bush & Augspurger, P.A. with offices in Tallahassee and Orlando. He has been practicing law for over 30 years in Florida, as well as throughout the Southeastern United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Richard is a specialist in actions involving the conduct of lawyers. In that role, he sues lawyers, defends lawyers, represents lawyers in Bar regulatory matters, testifies in actions involving lawyer conduct, lectures on lawyer conduct, and writes on the subject matter. Richard is co-author of Professional Liability of Lawyers in Florida section on litigation. He is a member of The American Bar Association’s Legal Malpractice Data Center. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), and has served as chair of the Southeast Chapter of PLUS for two years.

Richard is a nationally recognized lecturer on lawyer conduct and ethics, and writes on the subject matter frequently. He has been cited as an authority on the subject in two (2) Law Review Articles. Richard has been recognized as a "SuperLawyer" in Florida, by that magazine and has attained an "A-V" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
