PLDF’s Healthcare Liability Committee presents a lively discussion on various key topics in the industry, and we want to hear what YOU think about them!  Please join us in exploring how AI may affect the definition of “Standard of Care” as we know it; in delving into the implications of SCOTUS’ upcoming Berk v. Choy oral argument (10/6!) which will define whether “healthcare affidavits of merit” are procedural or substantive in nature; and in further analyzing how ALI’s new Medical Malpractice Restatement may shape the future of med/mal litigation.
