Join PLDF's Cyber Liability and LPL Claims Committees February 11 for "The Digital Heist: Preventing and Defending Cyber Financial Fraud Targeting Attorneys." In this presentation from Sarah Dufendach and Mark Lefkow we will explore the types of scams, how to mitigate loss, defend claims relating to cyber scams, insurance coverage, and how to avoid scams.

Sarah Dufendach is a Claims Product Specialist with Beazley Group and leads Beazley’s reinsurance cyber claims team. She handles incident response for and manages small business, municipality, professional services and healthcare related data breach and cyber liability claims. Sarah is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US). Prior to joining Beazley, Sarah practiced as an insurance defense attorney in Philadelphia, PA.

Mark Lefkow is a partner in the Atlanta office of Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell, who represents lawyers and other professionals in professional liability claims. Mark has obtained multiple six-figure recoveries of proceeds of wire fraud proceeds for lawyers and businesses from criminal enterprises using the federal RICO statute, giving him a unique perspective behind the veil of criminal organizations.
