Before BJC, Mr. Wasserman was a partner at an esteemed local trial firm for more than a decade, litigating healthcare liability cases for local healthcare organizations.

Dawn Parsons is a Shareholder at Shaffer Lombardo Shurin, practicing as a trial attorney defending a wide variety of cases, from healthcare liability and white-collar crime to personal injury and more. Before SLS, Ms. Parsons was a prosecutor for 20+ years, and she has been a trial advocacy adjunct professor for more than 20+ years, also.

Terry O’Toole is a partner at Dowd Bennett LLP, representing healthcare providers in all phases of litigation and internal investigations, as well as defending individuals and corporations facing government investigations. Before Dowd Bennett, Mr. O’Toole worked in private practice defending, in part, healthcare liability cases for 10 years, and worked as a prosecutor for 5+ years before entering private practice. Before the practice of law, Mr. O’Toole enforced the law as a police officer in St. Louis, MO for 5+ years.
