Top 10 Litigation Soft Skills in the Initial Evaluation of the CaseAn experienced litigator and two claims handlers present their collective Top 10 List on what to do (and what not to do) in the initial handling of a professional liability defense assignment. Glen Olson of Long & Levit LLP, Paul Moore of Munich Re Specialty Insurance Company, and Megan Zurn of AXA XL will share their experiences, insights, and pet peeves in this conversational webinar, which we hope to be especially helpful for newer attorneys and to anyone seeking a refresher on what carriers want from you during the first several months upon receiving the case.
