Sheri Gipson is a Senior Claims Specialist in the Management Liability Claims group with Ironshore. She received her BS from the University of Texas, her MBA from Texas State University and her JD from South Texas College of Law. With a primary background in oil and gas, her career has expanded over a myriad of industries. In the last four years as a claims professional, Sheri has handled matters ranging from claims against Directors and Officers of community associations, to employment practice liability and fiduciary liability. |

Moiré L. Moron, Esq. is a licensed New York attorney with over five years of diverse legal experience and 14 years of insurance experience. Moiré joined QBE in May 2014. She is currently an Assistant Vice President – Employment
Practices Liability Claims Practice Leader for Management Liability, handling EPL and D&O matters.
Prior to joining the insurance sector, Moire served as an executive advisor to various government officials in the Virgin Islands, including the Governor of the Virgin Islands’ Chief Legal Counsel and the Solicitor General. She was instrumental
in revising and drafting key legislation for the Territory, including the Territory’s Labor Relations statute. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for a Senior Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, where she independently
authored several judicial opinions that were published in the Virgin Islands Reports, and which are now used as precedent.
