Candidus “Candy” Dougherty is the Chair of the Management Committee and Co-Chair of the Professional Liability Group at Swartz Campbell LLC where her practice is focused on the defense of lawyers and other professionals in civil actions, class actions and disciplinary proceedings in PA, NJ and NY.

Rachel is a partner focusing in professional liability and accounting and legal malpractice defense. Ms. Aghassi has successfully defended lawyers and other professionals in high-exposure malpractice lawsuits in all phases of litigation, including trial and appeals, in state and federal courts arising from a wide range of complex legal areas. Ms. Aghassi also defends professionals facing exposure due to cyber scams including wire fraud.
