In the professional liability area of my practice, I have defended insurance brokers and agents, architects and engineers, financial advisors, lawyers, and real estate brokers and agents in both trials and appeals. I am a member of the firm’s Specialty Professional Risks Practice Group. The group is focused on the representation of professionals including insurance brokers, MGAs, TPAs, actuaries, investigators, program administrators and loss control/risk management consultants in the defense of errors and omissions claims.
The mission of the Professional Liability Defense Federation is to enhance the stature and effectiveness of professional liability defense professionals through education, training and the exchange of information.
