Luke is a Partner in the Charlotte office of Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP. His professional liability practice entails representation of design professionals, health care professionals, long-term care facilities, attorneys, accountants, real estate appraisers, as well as numerous other miscellaneous professionals and their liability carriers. He has tried cases to verdict in multiple different forums, arbitrated matters to final award, appeared before each of North Carolina’s three federal courts, and handled matters in all of North Carolina’s appellate courts. He is a 2000 graduate of the Wake Forest School of Law, where he was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review. He and his wife have two children and live in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The mission of the Professional Liability Defense Federation is to enhance the stature and effectiveness of professional liability defense professionals through education, training and the exchange of information.
