Pat Vipond is a founding partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray and currently serves on the Management Committee of the Firm. Mr. Vipond has over 30 years of courtroom experience representing corporations, individuals and partnerships in a wide variety of commercial, insurance, and professional negligence litigation. Mr. Vipond has been elected a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. He is listed as one of Omaha’s “Best Lawyers” for professional negligence by Omaha Magazine and was chosen as a 2012 Great Plains Super Lawyer. In the professional malpractice area, Mr. Vipond represents doctors, nurses, psychologists, physician assistants, hospitals, attorneys, and insurance agents. He has represented plaintiffs and insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters. Mr. Vipond represents individuals and organizations before state agencies including the Nebraska Department of Health. As one of the attorneys in Lamson, Dugan and Murray’s expanding healthcare practice, Mr. Vipond consults on risk management and administrative and organizational issues for hospitals.
